Graduating from Italia Conti in Summer 2008, Rachel's career got off to a flying start. One of Rachel's first auditions was for the critically acclaimed Warburton's bread internet viral campaigns, which we are pleased to say she starred in. Online comments flooded in, about her Bridget Jones style office girl, in love with a guy from another office, and how their relationship flourished over Warburton's "Seeded Batch" loaves. As soon as she had shot that series, Rachel was cast in the Collective Artistes' production, "Septimus Severus", a workshop project on a future fully mounted play about the first black Roman emperor.

Rachel's latest role has been that of a hippy "flower child", 40 years ago, in "The Glass Bottle and the Child", at The Pentameters, recently. It was the Sixties all over again and some members of the audience remembered it the first time and said Rachel brought it all back for them.

Born and brought up in Doncaster, Rachel took part in drama festivals locally from childhood, then came the National Youth Theatre, then a foundation course at LAMDA, and we came across her, shining in one of her final productions at Italia Conti, "After Mrs Rochester". After mastering the all Glasgow accented "Men Should Weep", Rachel was ready for the world, and what an interesting few months the world immediately offered her.

Favourite roles played in training include Queen Elizabeth in Shakespeare's "Richard III" and the Marquise de Merteuil in "Les Liaisons Dangereuses".

Future dream roles would be Nina in "The Seagull" and Hedda Gabler herself.Rachel admires the biggies, Emma Thompson, Maggie Smith, Judi Dench and Helen Mirren. We are in no doubt that in a few years, young actresses will be putting Rachel Hepworth on lists of actresses they most admire.
