Handsome, slightly exotic looks and a strong masculine presence make this character actor ideal for tough guy and heroic roles.

Leander is half Greek by background but feels very much a Londoner, and his look enables him to play characters of many of the different nationalities found in this great city.

Since graduating in recent years as an actor, following an initial background in the music business, Leander has had some success on screen; "Roanoke: The Lost Colony", was a period feature film set in the 16th C, and he also apepars in the black comedy feature, "Call me a Psycho", due for release later this year.

A special skill of Leander's is Archery. He is an Archery coach and it is a skill that has been useful in some of the roles he has been cast in.

Classical theatre roles have included Khirin in Chekhov's "The Anniversary", Lord Capulet in "Romeo and Juliet", and Soranzo in "Tis Pity"

One of his most fun roles was as a Caveman for a viral "The Dawn of Photography". Make-up took hours each day, and each day involved a lot of running and falling. At the end he was told he was "a natural caveman", which we suppose could be taken in several ways!

Dream roles would be John Wilmot in Stephen Jeffreys' "The Libertine" or Tony Montana in "Scarface".

Leander's most recent work has been a pilot for a TV series, in which the characters are all freaks. His character has a blue face and red eyes, and will use Le Coq for the physicality of him.
