Yorkshire born and brought up, Christopher heralds from Grimsby. He is good at many Northern accents, especially Yorkshire, but part of the family are Welsh, and with his neat, dark looks, Christopher could be easily cast as Welsh.
In 2005 Christopher came to London to study at the Italia Conti school, and whilst he was there excelled in both straight acting and Musical Theatre.
Credits include Alan, in Priestley's "Time and the Conways", Brakenbury, in "Richard III" at Brockley Jack, and Dromio of Syracuse in "The Comedy of Errors", which was an open air production in Summer 2009, at Brockwell Park in South London.
Christopher's first job out of drama school was a lead role, Mark / Man 1 in the UK premiere of "Edges", written by award-winning writers, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the writers of "Jonathan Larson".
Strong in music as well as singing, Christopher plays several instruments and teaches singing part-time.
Christmas and New Year 2009/10 saw Christopher in "Scouts in Bondage" at the King's Head. A group of Boy Scouts are marooned after a plane crash in an unsafe area of Afghanistan, leaving masses of scope for contemporary jokes in 1950's costumes and double entendres galore. Just the antidote everyone needed to pantomime!
Christopher was proud to produce and perform in a 3 person review show of new American Musical Theatre writing, entitled "Songs about You", which was staged at the Landor.
His current project is for "In the Spotlight" Productions, as one of the cast in "Songs from the Musicals" on national UK tour.
